My Story

I have over 12 years of experience in new client acquisition sales, personally billing over $10 million in revenue in the recruitment industry. My career, though, hasn't been all sunshine and rainbows. It's seen the lowest of lows and the highest of highs this industry can give.

I went from a struggling sales rep with no business for 6 straight months to a President's Club rep who billed over $1.5 million for 3 straight years. All because I put a system in place, held myself accountable to my goals, and turned sales from a guessing game into a machine that signs new clients quarter over quarter.

For the past 3 years, I've helped recruitment firms replicate that success, in their business development and in the teams they build.
